3rd gen (96-02)4Runner Hidden Winch Mount

3rd gen 4runner (3rd gen Hilux Surf) Hidden winch mount for factory front bumpers made from 3/16" cnc plasma cut material. Bolts up to factory tow hook locations on under side of frame horns. Winch mounts are shipped raw steel.
